Paul Malone, President of the Union invites
you to the annual dinner, on Saturday the 22nd May 2004 at 8.00pm
in the Assembly Hall at Mungret to celebrate thirty years on
since the school closed in 1974. The dinner shall be preceded
by mass in the college chapel commencing at 6.30.pm. Dress maybe
either formal black tie or lounge suit as you desire.
GOLF OUTING AND
A.G.M.
For
those who are interested in golf, the golf outing shall be at
Limerick County Golf Club, Ballyneety, Co.Limerick, on Friday
the 21st May 2004.
The tee has been booked from 11.30.am to 1.00
p.m. and there are very strict rules with regard to the booking
of the first tee. Accordingly it would greatly facilitate the
golf committee should members arrive on time.
For those of you wishing to stay over at Jury’s
Hotel, Ennis Road, Limerick, ( 061 327777) a number of twin
rooms have been set aside at a rate of € 100.00 per room
per night. (i.e. €50.00 per person sharing per night) The
A.G.M. will be held at The Hotel at 8.30 p.m. on Friday and
the Hotel will be a base for the weekend.
Transport to and from Jury’s shall be
arranged to and from the mass and dinner at Mungret on Saturday
evening. It is anticipated that a rota of buses will commence
leaving the College grounds shortly after the end of the dinner
as for security reasons the Assembly Hall at Mungret must be
vacated within a reasonable time from the end of the dinner.
