Mungret College Past Pupils Golf Outing & Dinner, Sept 2016.

Dear Member,

Our President Michael Lynch invites you to our annual golf and dinner outing on Friday 2nd Sept 2016. This year’s event will be held at Castletroy Golf Club with dinner later at the Castletroy Park Hotel, Limerick.

The day will kick off with our golf competition commencing 11.30am to 1.30pm. A time sheet will be organised so if member’s have preference for pairings please advise same on your application form.

After the golf competition we will be holding an A.G.M. in the Castletroy Park Hotel at 7.30pm followed by dinner at approx 8.30. This will be our base for the weekend.

We have also pre- booked accommodation in the hotel with a limited number of twin rooms available.

If you are interested in booking a room please contact reservations on 061-335566 using reservation no.187376.

Please also have your credit/debit card to hand. It is important that you book as soon as possible if you intend staying overnight. The price negotiated at a concession rate for bed & breakfast will be €65.00 per head sharing. Please note that accommodation is to be paid separately so don’t include this amount with your application.

The event will also coincide with the 50th anniversary of the class of 1966 so expect to see a lot of names from that class in attendance.

Below you will find the cost of the various events and it is imperative that you return your form at the earliest opportunity with the appropriate fee. Please forward completed application forms to:

Please note that this will be our last year sending invitations by post. In future the council will be communicating via email and whilst we understand that some members do not have access to emails we would suggest that you use a family member’s address if possible. The process of posting has become extremely cumbersome and expensive so we hope that members understand the predicament we find ourselves in. You can register your email address on line atwww.mungret.com

Yours sincerely,

Paul Kerrigan. Hon Sec.
